The terms and conditions governing your use of the CD-Soft MY LESSONS Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CD-Soft MY LESSON Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CD-Soft Educational Resources ABN 24 619 836 654
2. Eligibility & Registration
The Platform is intended for educators and education professionals in Australia. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you will keep your account credentials confidential, and that you will notify CD-Soft of any unauthorised use of your account. During the beta period, access is by invitation only.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to browse curriculum-aligned teaching resources, save activities for personal lesson planning, view ACARA curriculum alignments, and access links to the CD-Soft online store. All use must be for legitimate educational planning purposes.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from the Platform without authorisation; systematically extract or scrape data; attempt to circumvent security measures; use the Platform for commercial purposes beyond your own educational planning; or share your account credentials with others. Violation of these terms will result in account removal and potential legal actions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content are the intellectual property of CD-Soft Educational Resources. Activity content and materials from third-party providers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence or agreement. Australian Curriculum content is © ACARA and used under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” during the beta period. Curriculum alignment information is provided as a planning guide only. Educators should apply professional judgment when selecting resources for their classroom. To the extent permitted by Australian law, CD-Soft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
